These terms apply when you use the MindFull Agent website, member hub, and Mastermind (together, the “Platform”), which are provided by MindFull Agent. By using the Platform you agree to them.

Education only

The Platform provides education for real estate professionals. It is not legal, financial, tax, or brokerage advice. Talk to a qualified professional about your own situation. Results vary, and we do not promise or guarantee any business result, income, or outcome.

Accounts and access

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
• Access to areas of the hub is approved by an administrator and may be changed or removed at any time.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Our content

The videos, scripts, templates, plans, and other materials are owned by MindFull Agent or its partners and are shared with you for your own professional use. Please do not copy, record, download, resell, or share them with people who are not members. Our videos are protected from downloading.

Community conduct

Be respectful and professional. Don’t post spam, private client information, or anything unlawful, discriminatory, or misleading. We may remove posts or accounts that break these rules.

The Mastermind

The Mastermind is a free live session on Zoom, currently held every Tuesday at 11:00 AM Eastern for about 60 minutes. Dates and times can change, and we may cancel a session. Joining requires signing up.

Messages

If you agree to be contacted, we may email, call, or text you about your request or the Platform. See the Privacy Policy for details and how to opt out.

Disclaimers and limits

The Platform is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, MindFull Agent is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make using the materials.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
