Privacy Policy

MindFull Agent (“we,” “us”) runs an education platform for real estate agents. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Details you give us: name, email, phone number, and answers on our forms, such as license status, brokerage, experience, CRM, and what you’d like help with.
• Account details: your email, a securely stored password, and which areas of the member hub you can open.
• Activity in the hub: lessons you view or mark complete, 90-Day Plan progress, community posts, event attendance, and points or badges.
• Which pages you visit on our site and how you got there, so we can see what’s useful. We count visits with a random visitor ID in a cookie. We don’t store your IP address, and we respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.
• Reviews you choose to leave, with the name and role you give us.
• Basic technical data our hosting needs to run the site, such as your IP address and browser type.

How we use it

• To run your account and give you access to the training, tools, and community.
• To answer your questions and contact you about your application or request, by email, phone, or text.
• To run the Mastermind, track plan progress and attendance, and show recognition on leaderboards (names only, never your private details).
• To keep the platform secure and make it better.

We do not sell your personal information.

Calls and texts

When you submit a form and agree to be contacted, we may reach you by email, phone, or text message about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text, or tell us, and we’ll stop. Consent is not required to use the platform.

Who handles your information

We use trusted service providers to run the platform: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email), Follow Up Boss (our contact management system), and Zoom (live sessions). They process data for us and may not use it for their own purposes. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your settings, plus one first-party cookie (a random visitor ID) that lets us count visits. We do not use advertising cookies. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we skip the visit counting.

Keeping it safe

Passwords are stored securely, access to the hub is limited to approved members, and videos are protected from downloading. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active and as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or to stop receiving messages, at any time. Email us at thefriendlyhomesgroup@gmail.com.

Children

This platform is for working adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
